Dustin is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. In addition to growing up, and working, in a family business specializing in home health, he has spent nearly a decade as a leader in the healthcare and seniors housing industry. Dustin has worked for local and national providers of Assisted Living and Memory Care, as an Executive Director, leading communities throughout Florida, including St. Petersburg. He has a strong clinical focus and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with state regulations; developing strong and stable management teams; achieving high resident satisfaction rates and low associate turnover rates; and introducing new wellness, dementia and customer service programs. Dustin holds a degree from Baylor University and is Core Certified as an Assisted Living Administrator.
Community Relations Director
Christina is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She has a strong passion for working with seniors and their families, and has over a decade of experience helping them navigate the process of finding the best fit. She has worked in various roles, including Administrative Assistant, Assistant Executive Director and Community Relations Director, for both local and national providers of assisted living and memory care.
Life Enrichment Coordinator (Assisted Living)
Estelvina is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.
Business Office Manager
Dolores is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.
Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping
Pedro is the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to our residents’ home, as well as, keeping our residents' homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. He is a dedicated and professional, self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. Pedro is respectful and pays attention to detail ensuring our residents are happy and proud to call our community home. He loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
Delann is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.
