Dustin is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. In addition to growing up, and working, in a family business specializing in home health, he has spent nearly a decade as a leader in the healthcare and seniors housing industry. Dustin has worked for local and national providers of Assisted Living and Memory Care, as an Executive Director, leading communities throughout Florida, including St. Petersburg. He has a strong clinical focus and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with state regulations; developing strong and stable management teams; achieving high resident satisfaction rates and low associate turnover rates; and introducing new wellness, dementia and customer service programs. Dustin holds a degree from Baylor University and is Core Certified as an Assisted Living Administrator.

Estelvina is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.

Wellness Director

Carol is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including working in hospitals, endoscopy and gastroenterology centers and physician practices. Carol specializes in medical/surgical, gastroenterology, radiation oncology, pain management, IV infusion therapy and wound care. She graduated from St. Petersburg Vocation Technical Institute and has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1983. Carol is friendly, kind and considerate; and loves having an excellent rapport with her patients, families and team.

Dietary Services Director

Leesa is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Leesa filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Michelle incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Leesa is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy. Leesa has more than a decade of experience in the food industry. She started as a quality assurance supervisor for one of the largest real estate companies in the Country before transitioning to overseeing the dietary department for various senior living communities. Leesa is a Certified Serve Safe Manager. She graduated from Florida State.

Christina is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She has a strong passion for working with seniors and their families, and has over a decade of experience helping them navigate the process of finding the best fit. She has worked in various roles, including Administrative Assistant, Assistant Executive Director and Community Relations Director, for both local and national providers of assisted living and memory care.

Dolores is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.

Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping

Pedro is the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to our residents’ home, as well as, keeping our residents' homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. He is a dedicated and professional, self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. Pedro is respectful and pays attention to detail ensuring our residents are happy and proud to call our community home. He loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
